It was my first visit to an opticians in a while so I was quite anxious. However that was all put aside once I was welcomed by the receptionist and promptly greeted by the optometrist who introduced himself as Nimish. He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say. Even though I didn't need glasses, Nimish gave me some great advice as I use computers a lot.

I came to ioptics for the first time urgently needing some new glasses because mine had broken. I was fitted in for an eye test straight away as I had not had one for a couple of years. As there was such a wide range of frames to choose from I was not sure which ones would suit. With Pams help she quickly showed me what looked good. Pam measured and advised me on all the options available on the lenses. I now have two pairs in case I have another accident so I'll always have a spare. Thanks ioptics!
